Yahiko-jinja Shrine and Onbashira-sai Festival

Yahiko-jinjya Shrine has a long history as the second shrine of the country Shinano and people have had the strong faith from the ancient times. Once in seven years, the magnificent festival called Onbashira-sai Festival is held. The area is crowded with numerous tourists and ujiko, the shrine parishioners.
